The mission of Full Circle Grassroots Consultants, LLC, is to enhance the wellness of communities by providing professional development, program support and the development of comprehensive public health programs by using best clinical social work practices.

Our philosophy follows principles of social justice and equality. We believe everyone has the inherent right to be treated with respect, integrity and dignity. The foundation of our work is based in three basic practices:

        • >> Enhancing Wellness: Individual health and well being is inherently connected to an individual’s sense of self.
        • >> Building Skills: We believe that every individual, when provided with the appropriate skills and support can enhance the quality of their life.

        • >> Empowering Communities: We believe empowering individuals is empowering communities, thus, strengthening the community in which they live.
          • Our lead consultant Melina Afzal, LICSW has sixteen years of experience in non-profit community based programming and is a licensed practitioner in the field of social work. Refer to her bio for more information.
