Owner's Rep Duties

WHAT WE DO:

As an Owner's Representative we make our client's life easy by overseeing the acquisition, design, development and construction management of commercial multi-family and single-family projects for owners that do not have the capacity or staff to do so. Full Circle functions as your single-point of contact on a daily basis, advocating for your benefit as a continuation of your staff. We keep the project progressing with leadership to maintain the fastest schedules available, while you focus on your day-to-day duties.

PROJECT AND TEAMMATE LEADERSHIP:

Our client's find comfort in knowing we have decades of experience in owning our own design and construction firms, giving us the mindset and know-how to lead such diverse teams of professionals through various project types. Through our inclusive leadership approach, Full Circle works closely with the project's general contractor and design teams to deliver realistic yet prudent timeframes and cost analysis, giving the project the most expedient and financially beneficial outcomes possible.

COMMUNICATION & REPORTING:

Via our numerous years of construction leadership experience, Full Circle facilitates communication and reporting over the full life-cycle of the project. This gives assurance to our Owners that the most comprehensive and knowledgeable information is being collected and shared, which allows for the most insightful decisions to be made for the long-term success of the project. We collaborate with our Owner's to help make decisions that minimize their risk and maximize project value.

Full Circle ensures cost-effective completion of stalled developments, mitigating risks, and enhancing property value. By overseeing contractors, timelines, and budgets, we protect the bank’s investment, ensuring efficient resolution and maximizing returns on foreclosed or distressed assets.

of collaborating with professional stakeholders to ensure a seamless front-end process for your project.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

With 90+ years of combined experience in general contracting, we have inherent knowledge of what makes a GC amazing. This insight gives us the ability to properly interview and select the most ideal GC for each unique project, allowing for a harmonious experience. 

ENERGY-EFFICIENCY INCENTIVES​

We work closely with local, regional and national

energy-efficiency and power coalitions to determine energy program eligibility for your project, so as to maximize energy-conservation cash incentives.

We have the expertise to oversee 3rd-party energy raters and green-certification verifiers and evaluate their findings to reassure optimal building performance and corresponding energy program rebates.
